Does the UX have the latest LSS+ 3.0?

No. The UX has LSS+ 2.0 — the generation before the latest. LSS+ 3.0 is found on the NX (2022+), RX (2023+), RZ, and LBX. LSS+ 2.0 has fewer detection features but the same sensor types requiring calibration.

Is the UX 300e electric version different for ADAS?

The UX 300e is the electric variant with the same LSS+ 2.0 and identical sensor positions. The electric powertrain does not affect ADAS calibration procedures. We also calibrate the Lexus ES and CT.

The UX is Lexus's compact crossover – small enough for city driving, which means more tight parking manoeuvres, more kerb contact, and more front bumper repairs than larger Lexus models. With LSS+ 2.0 as standard, the UX has front radar behind the grille and a windscreen camera – both of which need recalibrating after bodywork. If your UX is showing PCS or LDA warnings after a repair, recalibration is the fix.
