Yes — launched in 2024, the MG3 Hybrid+ is the most recent addition to the MG range. It replaces the previous MG3 (which had minimal ADAS) with a full hybrid powertrain and comprehensive MG Pilot suite.

Can any garage calibrate MG Pilot on the MG3?

MG Pilot calibration requires the VDS2 diagnostic tool or compatible professional equipment. The MG3 Hybrid+ uses the same Bosch radar technology as many European cars, but MG-specific diagnostic software is needed for full MG Pilot verification. Common MG Pilot Triggers on the MG3 Hybrid+

After windscreen replacement: The forward camera controls LKA, LDW, ISLA, TSR, and contributes to AEB. The MG3's lower windscreen price point means windscreen-only insurance claims are common – but every replacement requires camera recalibration before MG Pilot functions again.

After front bumper repair: Superminis accumulate parking damage. The Bosch radar behind the grille powers ACC, AEB, and TJA – a single parking contact can disable all three.

After rear-end incidents: BSD and RCTA sensors in the rear quarters and bumper are displaced by rear-end bodywork. If Blind Spot Detection has gone silent after a rear bumper repair, the sensors need realignment.
