Does the Peugeot 3008 Night Vision need recalibration after a bumper repair?

Yes. Night Vision uses an infrared camera mounted at the front of the vehicle. Any front-end bodywork — collision repair, bumper replacement, or panel realignment — can shift its position. Night Vision is included in our Full System Reset (£499) alongside radar and camera calibration.

What's the difference between first and second generation 3008 ADAS?

The first generation (P84, 2016–2023) has a more basic Drive Assist package with optional ACC and Night Vision on higher trims. The second generation (2023+) makes ACC standard across all trims and adds more advanced Active Safety Brake with pedestrian and cyclist detection. Both generations require the same calibration process — the difference is how many systems need attention.

Can you calibrate Peugeot 3008 Visio Park cameras?

Yes. The 360° Visio Park system uses four cameras around the vehicle. If any camera lens is replaced or a bumper is refitted, the full surround-view system needs recalibrating. This falls under our Radar/Sensor Calibration (£349) or Full System Reset if combined with other systems.

Why Your Peugeot 3008 Might Need ADAS Calibration

After collision or bumper repair

The 3008's radar sits behind the front bumper panel. A front-end repair, bumper replacement, or even a grille swap shifts the sensor alignment. Active Safety Brake and ACC will show dashboard warnings or deactivate entirely. This is the most common trigger for 3008 calibrations – and the body shop that completed the repair typically doesn't have the equipment to recalibrate it.

After windscreen replacement

The i-Cockpit windscreen camera controls Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning, and contributes to Active Safety Brake. If your windscreen company replaced the glass but couldn't complete the camera calibration, we handle it at our fixed £199 rate.

Night Vision recalibration
