The sensor hardware and calibration procedure are identical — same EMP2 platform, same camera and radar positions. The electric drivetrain does not change how the sensors are calibrated. The difference is in how the vehicle uses the calibrated data, particularly the ACC-regen braking integration.

Not directly — regen braking still functions normally when you lift off the accelerator. But when ACC is active, it uses radar data to coordinate regen and friction braking.
