The Toyota Highlander (also sold as the Kluger outside Europe) is Toyota's seven-seat flagship SUV, equipped with Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 on fourth-generation UK models. TSS 2.5 adds Enhanced PCS with Intersection Support, Proactive Driving Assist, and an improved Lane Tracing Assist compared to TSS 2.0 - all running from a dual-camera and front-radar sensor combination.
The Highlander's large frontal area and separate radar placement behind the lower grille mean that any front-end collision or body repair is likely to affect both camera and radar alignment. We use Toyota SST tooling and Techstream to calibrate the Highlander to factory spec.

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Toyota Highlander
UK Highlanders use TSS 2.5, which is also used on US fourth-generation models. Calibration targets and settings are the same, though some US-spec dealer diagnostic software may use different menu paths.
