If your VW Polo's Front Assist has stopped working after a bumper repair, the radar sensor behind the front badge is almost certainly misaligned. Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Volkswagen Polo
Yes. Every Polo Mk6 (2017+) has at least Front Assist as standard on SE trims and above. The 2021 facelift made Front Assist with Pedestrian Monitoring standard on all trims. If your Polo has adaptive cruise control or Lane Assist, these systems also require calibration after any bumper or windscreen work.
