If your Transporter's Front Assist warning appeared after a bumper repair or windscreen swap, the sensor positioning on this van makes it a different calibration job than a VW car. The Transporter T6.1 and T7 mount their ADAS sensors higher and further forward than any MQB-platform Volkswagen – and commercial use means these sensors take more punishment. We calibrate Transporters at 70+ workshops across the UK.
One scenario we handle regularly: the windscreen company arranges calibration but cannot complete it on a lowered Transporter – the static target height does not work with the modified ride height. Workshop calibration with adjustable rigs is the only route through it. If you have been turned away elsewhere because of a suspension modification, that is exactly the problem we solve.

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Volkswagen Transporter
Yes. The Transporter T6.1 (2019+) comes with Front Assist as standard and offers ACC on higher trims. The newer T7 (2024+) adds Travel Assist, Side Assist, and improved pedestrian detection. All these systems require professional calibration after bumper repairs, collisions, or windscreen replacement.
