Can rear parking damage affect Side and Exit Assist?

Yes. The Cupra Leon Sportstourer's Side and Exit Assist sensors are in the rear bumper corners. A rear-end collision, bumper replacement, or even aftermarket towbar fitting can shift these sensors. If blind spot warnings stop appearing — or appear incorrectly — the rear radar needs recalibration.

Does the Sportstourer need different calibration targets due to its longer body?

No. The front radar and windscreen camera use the same mounting points and calibration reference as the hatch. The vehicle length doesn't affect the sensor angles.
