Fiat 600e ADAS Calibration

The Fiat 600e sits on Stellantis' eCMP2 platform – the same architecture underneath the Peugeot 2008, Jeep Avenger, and Vauxhall Mokka. That means the same sensor positions, the same ADAS hardware, and calibration procedures our technicians already handle daily across Stellantis brands. The 600e carries a full Level 2 ADAS suite from launch, and every sensor needs precision calibration after repair work.

ADAS Systems on Your Fiat 600e

The 600e (2024+) launches with a comprehensive ADAS package standard across all trims:

  • Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control (iACC) – Radar and camera-based adaptive cruise maintaining speed, distance, and lane position
  • Lane Centering (LC) – Active steering assistance for Level 2 semi-autonomous driving, working alongside iACC
  • Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) – High-speed AEB with pedestrian and cyclist detection
  • Intelligent Speed Assistant (ISA) – Camera-based speed limit recognition, mandatory on new UK cars from July 2024
  • Urban Blind Spot – Detects vehicles and cyclists in adjacent lanes
  • Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) – Camera-based sign reading feeding ISA and the instrument cluster
  • Rear Cross Path Detection – Warns of cross-traffic when reversing

The forward camera sits behind the interior rearview mirror. The radar sensor is mounted behind the front bumper. Both sensor positions match the Stellantis eCMP2 layout used on the Peugeot 2008 and Jeep Avenger.

Why Your Fiat 600e Might Need Calibration

After Windscreen Replacement

The forward camera powers iACC, Lane Centering, AEB, ISA, and TSR – five systems from one camera. After windscreen replacement, all five need recalibration. This is our £199 Windscreen Calibration service.

After Bumper Repair

The front radar behind the bumper powers ACC target detection and AEB at longer ranges. Any bumper work – collision repair, respray, parking sensor replacement – can shift the radar alignment. Our £349 Radar/Sensor Calibration restores it.

Stellantis Platform Advantage

Because the 600e shares eCMP2 with Peugeot, Jeep, and Vauxhall models, our technicians calibrate this exact sensor configuration multiple times per week. The calibration targets, procedures, and diagnostic approach are identical across the platform family.

Fiat 600e ADAS Calibration — FAQ

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Fiat 600e

Yes, at the hardware level. The 600e and Peugeot 2008 share the eCMP2 platform with identical sensor positions and calibration procedures. Fiat applies its own software branding (iACC, Lane Centering) but the underlying hardware and calibration targets match. Our technicians use the same platform expertise for both.
