No. The Q70 has Forward Collision Warning, which alerts you to an imminent collision, but it does not brake automatically. The newer Q50 and Q60 have Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) with automatic brake intervention.

The Infiniti Q70 was Infiniti's executive saloon – sold in the UK until 2019 and originally badged as the M-series. Its ADAS suite is more basic than the newer Q50, relying on Intelligent Cruise Control and Forward Collision Warning without the advanced lane-keeping systems found on later models.
