Peugeot Partner ADAS Calibration

Body shops see more Peugeot Partners than almost any other van – high mileage, tight delivery routes, and frequent low-speed bumper damage keep them coming through the workshop doors. The current Partner (2018+) carries Active Safety Brake and available Adaptive Cruise Control, both of which need recalibrating after the front-end repairs that commercial vehicles accumulate. If your Partner's ADAS warnings appeared after bodywork, ADAS Line handles the calibration at 70+ UK workshops so the van gets back on the road.

ADAS Systems on Your Peugeot Partner

The current Partner (2018+, EMP2 platform) shares its Stellantis commercial vehicle architecture with the Vauxhall Combo and Citroen Berlingo – same sensor hardware, same positions, Peugeot-specific software.

Pre-2018 Partner: No calibratable ADAS systems. Basic ABS and stability control only.

2018+ Partner:

  • Active Safety Brake – windscreen camera-based AEB. Standard across all variants including panel van and crew cab.
  • Adaptive Cruise Control – available on higher trims. Radar behind the front bumper panel.
  • Lane Departure Warning – windscreen camera monitors lane markings and provides audible alerts.
  • Blind Spot Monitoring – available on higher trims. Rear quarter radar sensors.
  • Rear Parking Camera – single rear camera on some trims, not a full 360 system.

The Partner's flat front face means the bumper-mounted radar sits in a relatively exposed position compared to passenger cars. The windscreen camera is behind the rearview mirror in the standard Stellantis housing.

Why Commercial Vehicles Need Calibration More Often

High body shop frequency

Vans like the Partner accumulate front and rear bumper damage through daily commercial use – delivery routes, loading bays, tight car parks. Each bumper repair or replacement shifts the radar sensor behind the front panel. Body shops complete the panel work but often lack the diagnostic equipment for Peugeot ADAS recalibration.

Windscreen replacement on commercial vehicles

Partner vans cover high annual mileage, leading to frequent windscreen stone chip damage. Every replacement requires camera recalibration to restore Active Safety Brake and Lane Departure Warning. Fleet operators should factor windscreen calibration into their standard glass replacement process.

Fleet and leasing requirements

Lease return inspections increasingly check ADAS functionality. If a leased Partner has had bodywork during the contract and ADAS systems are showing faults, the calibration needs completing before return to avoid end-of-lease charges. Our calibration certificate provides documented proof for fleet compliance.

Peugeot Partner ADAS Calibration — FAQ

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Peugeot Partner

2018+ Partner panel vans have Active Safety Brake as standard and Lane Departure Warning on most trims. The commercial variant uses the same sensor hardware as the passenger Rifter version. Pre-2018 Partners do not have calibratable ADAS systems.
