Vauxhall Corsa-e ADAS Calibration

The Vauxhall Corsa-e is the electric version of the UK's best-selling car – and it carries the full IntelliDrive ADAS suite. Built on the same Stellantis CMP platform as the petrol Corsa, it has identical sensor hardware and calibration requirements. If your Corsa-e's safety systems flagged up after a repair, calibration is no different for being electric.

ADAS Systems on the Vauxhall Corsa-e

The Corsa-e (2020+) shares its entire ADAS sensor layout with the petrol/diesel Corsa F:

  • Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) / Forward Collision Alert – windscreen camera, standard on all trims.
  • Lane Keep Assist (LKA) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW) – camera-dependent.
  • Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) and Driver Drowsiness Alert – standard.

On higher trims (Elite Nav, Ultimate):

  • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) – radar behind the front Vauxhall badge.
  • IntelliLux LED Matrix headlights – uses camera data for beam segmentation.

Sensor locations: forward camera behind the windscreen near the rearview mirror, radar (where fitted) behind the front emblem. The electric drivetrain does not change ADAS hardware or calibration procedure.

Corsa-e ADAS – Common Triggers

After windscreen replacement

The Corsa-e's camera controls AEB, LKA, LDW, and TSR. After a windscreen replacement, the camera position shifts slightly – enough to throw off all four systems. Our windscreen calibration resolves everything in one session.

After front bumper repair

If your Corsa-e has ACC, the radar behind the front badge needs recalibration after any bumper work. A car park knock that shifts the bumper can disable ACC entirely.

EV-specific consideration

The Corsa-e's regenerative braking interacts with ACC differently than a petrol car – blending regenerative and friction braking. If the radar is miscalibrated, braking feel becomes inconsistent. This is a calibration issue, not a battery or motor problem. We also calibrate the Mokka-e and Grandland on the same Stellantis platform.

Vauxhall Corsa-e Calibration Pricing

ServicePrice
Windscreen Calibration£199
Radar/Sensor Calibration£349
Collision Calibration£349
Full System Reset£499

Most Corsa-e owners need the £199 windscreen calibration. The pricing is the same as for the petrol Corsa – being electric doesn't change the ADAS calibration cost or procedure.
