Vauxhall Crossland ADAS Calibration

Your Vauxhall Crossland's Lane Keep Assist has been flashing warnings since the windscreen was replaced last week. The forward camera behind the glass needs recalibrating – your windscreen fitter handled the glass but not the ADAS system behind it.

ADAS Systems on the Vauxhall Crossland

Originally launched as the Crossland X in 2017, this was one of the first Vauxhalls on a PSA platform (now Stellantis) – the PF1 platform shared with Peugeot 2008 and Citroen C3 Aircross. The "X" was dropped in 2020 during a facelift.

All Crossland / Crossland X models (2017+):

  • Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) – camera-based, standard from mid-trim.
  • Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) – forward camera.
  • Driver Drowsiness Alert – monitors steering patterns.

Crossland facelift (2020+) and higher trims add:

  • Lane Keep Assist (LKA) – corrective steering to prevent lane drift.
  • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) – radar sensor behind the front badge on top trims.

Forward camera behind the windscreen near the rearview mirror. Radar (where fitted) behind the front emblem. No Side Blind Spot Alert or Rear Cross Traffic Alert on any trim – simpler ADAS than the larger Grandland.

Crossland ADAS – When Calibration Is Needed

After windscreen replacement

AEB, LDW, TSR, and LKA all run through the single forward camera. If it isn't recalibrated after the glass is swapped, you'll get persistent warnings across multiple systems – not because anything is broken, but because the camera angle has shifted.

After front bumper work

If your Crossland has ACC, bumper removal or replacement shifts the radar behind the badge. ACC stops responding until recalibrated. Even without ACC, significant front-end impact can disturb the camera bracket and trigger AEB warnings.

Crossland X vs. Crossland

The Crossland X (2017-2020) and Crossland (2020-2022) are the same car with a facelift. Sensor hardware is identical – only trim availability changed. Give us your year, trim, and registration when requesting a quote.

Vauxhall Crossland ADAS Calibration — FAQ

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Vauxhall Crossland

Yes. The Crossland X (2017-2020) and Crossland (2020-2022) share the same PSA platform and sensor hardware. The name change was cosmetic. We calibrate both — see all Vauxhall models.
