Chrysler 300C ADAS Calibration

LaneSense unavailable. Adaptive Cruise Control fault. ParkSense warning. Your Chrysler 300C is showing ADAS errors and there is no Chrysler dealer left in the UK to call. The 300C was a popular executive and chauffeur car – thousands remain on UK roads with the optional SafetyTec Package that includes radar, camera, and ultrasonic-based driver assistance. Independent specialist calibration is your only option.

ADAS Systems on Your Chrysler 300C

The 300C's ADAS depends on trim and year. The 2015+ facelift with SafetyTec Package is the most equipped:

  • Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking – radar and camera-based AEB across all speeds
  • Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go – radar-based cruise handling motorway and stop-start traffic
  • LaneSense Lane Keep Assist – Chrysler's branded system providing corrective steering torque
  • LaneSense Lane Departure Warning – audible and visual drift alert
  • Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) – rear bumper-corner sensors detecting adjacent lane vehicles
  • Rear Cross Path Detection – warns when reversing into cross traffic
  • ParkSense Front and Rear Park Assist – ultrasonic sensors with automatic stop
  • ParkView Rear Back-Up Camera – integrated into the boot handle

The front camera sits at the top of the windscreen. The ACC radar is behind the lower grille on the passenger side – a position vulnerable to even minor front-end impacts and stone damage. Pre-2015 300C models have ParkSense and ParkView only.

Common 300C Calibration Triggers

After Front Bumper or Grille Repair

The ACC radar behind the lower grille is the most damage-prone sensor. Bumper replacement, grille swap, or minor front-end collision shifts the radar alignment. If your 300C's cruise control stopped working or Forward Collision Warning is flashing after bodywork, the radar needs recalibration.

After Windscreen Replacement

SafetyTec-equipped 300C models have a forward camera powering LaneSense and Forward Collision Warning. Every windscreen replacement requires camera recalibration on these models.

After Rear Bumper Work

The 300C's BSM sensors sit in the rear bumper corners. Executive and chauffeur use means parking in tight city spaces – rear bumper repairs are common. If blind spot warnings fire incorrectly or miss vehicles after bumper work, the sensors need recalibration.
