Is ë-C4 ADAS calibration different from the standard C4?

No. The ë-C4 uses identical ADAS sensors, mounting positions, and calibration procedures. The electric motor and battery pack have no effect on camera or radar systems.

Does the ë-C4 have the same ADAS as the e-C4 X?

Yes — the e-C4 X is the fastback variant with the same CMP platform, same sensors, and same ADAS suite. Calibration procedures are identical between the two body styles.

Can you calibrate Highway Driver Assist on the ë-C4?

Yes. Highway Driver Assist requires both the front radar and windscreen camera to be calibrated. Our Full System Reset at £499 covers both sensors, clears all fault codes, and restores the complete ADAS suite in one appointment. The C5 X adds HIA+ on top of this — but the base Highway Driver Assist calibration is the same.

Citroën ë-C4 ADAS Calibration — From £199

Citroën ë-C4 ADAS Calibration

The ë-C4 is the electric version of the C4 – same CMP platform, same sensor hardware, same ADAS suite. Highway Driver Assist, Active Safety Brake 2.0, and Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go are all present and require the same calibration after windscreen replacement or bumper repair. If your ë-C4 has ADAS warnings after a repair, the electric drivetrain isn't the cause – the camera or radar alignment is.

ADAS Systems on Your Citroën ë-C4

The ë-C4 (2021+) carries the same systems as the petrol/diesel C4:

The front radar sits in the front bumper. The forward camera is behind the rear-view mirror. Both are identical in position and specification to the combustion C4.

Common ADAS Issues on the Citroën ë-C4

After Windscreen Replacement

The ë-C4's windscreen camera powers lane keeping, sign recognition, and Active Safety Brake 2.0. When the glass is replaced, the camera must be recalibrated. Our Windscreen Calibration at £199 covers both the ë-C4 and standard C4.

After Bumper Repair

The front radar behind the bumper powers ACC and the radar element of Active Safety Brake 2.0. Any bumper work – removal, replacement, or impact repair – requires radar calibration at £349.

Highway Driver Assist Not Available

If your ë-C4 dashboard shows Highway Driver Assist as unavailable, either the camera or radar (or both) has lost alignment. A diagnostic scan identifies the affected sensor. The ë-C4 and C4 share identical fault codes and diagnostic procedures.
