When is ADAS calibration required?

Calibration is required after any windscreen replacement, front-end or bumper repair, wheel alignment or steering geometry adjustment, replacement of a camera, radar, or lidar sensor, or any mechanical work that shifts the sensor's mounting angle. Skipping calibration after these events can cause lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control to operate incorrectly.

How long does the calibration take?

Static calibration typically takes 60–90 minutes. Dynamic calibration requires a road test and usually takes 45–75 minutes. If your vehicle requires both static and dynamic procedures, allow around two hours. We will give you a precise estimate when you book.
