Common 01 Calibration Triggers

The Subscription Factor

Lynk & Co vehicles rotate between subscribers. Minor bumps go unreported, windscreen chips get filled instead of replaced, and ADAS faults accumulate silently. If Pilot Assist won't engage, ACC is intermittent, or Forward Collision Warning keeps triggering, a previous subscriber may have caused sensor displacement.

After Windscreen Replacement

The camera behind the windscreen powers AEB, LKA, TSR, and Pilot Assist. Every windscreen replacement requires camera recalibration – same procedure we perform on Volvo XC40 vehicles daily.

After Bumper Repair

The front radar behind the grille powers ACC and AEB. Any bumper removal for repair or cosmetic work shifts the radar alignment. If cruise control stopped working, radar recalibration is needed.
